The General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU is Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, a Buddhist monk and senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Gen-la Khyenrab has studied and practiced Kadampa Buddhism for 30 years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
