Gen Kelsang Rabten - NSD
Gen Kelsang Rabten is the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in Australia and New Zealand.
He visits KMCA occasionally to teach special courses.
Gen Rabten has been practising Buddhism and studying closely under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 15 years. He leads the Dharma Celebrations in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, and well as visiting all the Kadampa Buddhist Centres in the region to give public teachings.
Gen Rabten is able to share Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way, demonstrating how we can find peace in our busy, modern lives through applying Buddha’s advice. Under his guidance we are able to transform our lives by bringing Buddha’s wisdom and compassion deep into our hearts.
