The Art Project

In 2006 Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia brought together a team of students who painted and adorned the statues which now form the centre-piece of the Temple.  This project gave students from around Australia, New Zealand and Asia an opportunity to become qualified Buddhist artists.  These students now participate in a number of art projects around the world creating beautiful statues as part of the International Temples Project.
