What we're teaching on:

2010:

The Real Path to Happiness

Tuesday 2 March 7.30 - 9pm
Happiness depends entirely on the
state of our mind. Even in the most
luxurious of circumstances, with
an unpeaceful mind we cannot be
happy, but with inner peace, nothing
can undermine our happiness.

A Truth in Every Moment

Tuesday 9 March 7.30 - 9pm
A person that sees the purity of
others can learn from everyone and
every situation. With such a mind it is
easy to have a warm and open heart,
and each moment carries us closer to
the truth and supreme inner peace.

Only Nirvana is Peace

Tuesday 16 March 7.30 - 9pm
The supreme happiness of
enlightenment is the fulfilment of all
our wishes. By freeing ourself from
the prison of our identity, we can
steadily draw closer to the perfect
freedom and bliss of nirvana.
