Children also need peaceful minds in order to be happy. Each course will teach children different methods for maintaining a peaceful and happy life. Classes include short meditations, creative activities and story-telling.
These classes will run in three short courses (3 weeks each).
$18 per course. Bookings essential. Children must be accompanied by and adult.
Course 1: February 28, March 7, 14
Course 2: May 2, 9, 16
